Thank you for shopping with Seepii! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit as you hoped. In such cases, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 days of purchase. All original tags and packaging must be included with the return. To initiate a return, please reach out on our instagram @seepii.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

You have to bare the return shipping charges.  

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please message us immediately at @seepii.co on Instagram with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
